6m Low Noise Super Yagi Antenna for DXing and Competitions PA50-8-10BGP.
The best low noise antenna for 6 meter – 50 MHz Contests and EME with boom length about 10 meter. 50 MHz 8 element DX and Competitions Super Yagi Antenna PA50-8-10BGP with low side lobes works perfectly across 6 meter DX band . Calculating with full 3D EM Software gives opportunity for uncompromised performance. High gain, heavy suppression of all side lobes. 8 elements on 6 meter band antenna have solid construction that can withstand strong gusts of wind of more than 150 km/h! Guy rope support is specially made for high winds, heavy rains or strong Sun. Designed tapered elements reduces wind-load, as well as vibrations in the wind.
Ham Radio antenna has 8 elements it very easy to set up. Everything is labeled, just put number to number. Can be assembled with cheep hand tools, as well as with power tools.
Pre tuned antenna:
Before dispatch, we assemble each and every antenna and test antenna characteristics. That means you can expect exceptionally good electrical and mechanical characteristics including low SWR across the designed range immediately after assembling.
No need to move, cut, tune or use rasp for any element to get perfect SWR on intended frequency range. Everything is pre tuned.
That lead also to another very important detail. When assemble and test each antenna is complete with all washers, nuts, bolts guy rope supports etc.
When packing all parts are already on antenna without possibilities to “forget” important parts to put in the box. So you will always receive complete antenna what we tested just before dispatching.
Antenna Power Options:
PA50-8-10BGP antenna does not have power limit, only limitations are in used balun and antenna connector. Default maximum power input is 1500 W. If you wish higher power, send e-mail with desired maximum power in mind.
Antenna label | Maximum Input Power |
---|---|
PA50-7-9BGP | 1500 W |
PA50-7-9BGE | 2500 W |
PA50-7-9BGEX | 8000 W |
Antenna Power Rating does not affect electrical or mechanical characteristics of the antenna. PA50-8-10BGP, PA50-8-10BGE, PA50-8-10BGEX have the same characteristics, only difference is in antenna maximum input power.
Like all our antennas, PA50-8-10BGP antenna is a full package. Everything is included in the antenna box. The antenna, the balun with the connector and the bracket with the clamps. Designed to last.

MICHAEL WHITE –
I needed to upgrade from old technology and a bygone era using a M2-6m7 so I saw this a year ago and decided to give it a try so I ordered it and it arrived within a week from Serbia packaged nicely and assembly was a breeze everything is numbered no need for tape measures just match the numbered/lettered parts had it done in a few hours. Performance on meteor scatter is outstanding with +10 reports out past 1100 miles running 700w from a QRO King SB-221. SWR is flat from 50.125 thru 50.313. Can’t wait to try it on EME should be a real performer
