5 elements 50 MHz antenna for 6 meter “Magic” band: PA50-5-4.3B
Excellent 6 meter “Magic” band antenna with 5 elements designed as stationary / to take on mountains or vacation antenna
5 Elements on 6 meter band is the longest heavy duty antenna that can be used without guy-rope support, therefore its the largest 50 MHz antenna that can be assembled/disassembled pretty fast. Antenna boom is tapered with tick 40 x 40 mm and 30 x 30 mm aluminum. 5 Element 50 MHz antenna uses extremely strong bracket with M8 stainless steel clumps, hence its well suited for permanent use too. Our 50 MHz antennas have tapered elements to reduce vibrations at the high winds, as well as reduced wind-load. Survival wind speed is 160 km/h.
All antennas are assembled and tested before shipping. There is no exception. All our Ham Radio antennas are pre-tuned. Once the antenna is up in the air, you should expect extremely good SWR across whole designed range, true gain and F/B as given in the table. You have nothing to tune, nothing to measure. Just put number to number and enjoy the Ham Radio hobby.
This antenna is serious for DX hunting. Prepare yourself for new sunspot cycle 25 with 5 element 50 MHz Yagi and enjoy the rising popularity and exciting contacts on the 6 meter “Magic” band.
Everything is included in the 5 element 50 MHz antenna box: Antenna, balun with connector and bracket. Yours is just to assemble and have fun! As all our antennas are, this Ham Radio antenna has been designed with professional full-3D EM modelling software. The antenna is calculated with the influence of boom, balun, connectors…
Ham Radio antenna has 5 elements it very easy to set up. Up to 30 minutes is enough for assembling even if you see the antenna for the first time. Everything is labeled, just put number to number. Antenna can be assembled with cheep hand tools, as well as with power tools.
Default maximum power input is 1000 W. Antenna does not have power limit, only limitations are in used balun and antenna connector. Optional up to 8000 W.
