Portable and stationary 6m 4elements Antenna 6m4DX

Prepare yourself for a new sunspot cycle 25 with 6m 4elements Antenna 6m4DX. Enjoy the rising popularity and exciting contacts on the 6m “Magic” band. 4el antenna can be used as portable or stationary. The antenna combines its strong 30 x 30mm boom with a strong “Goliath” bracket which will make sure the antenna is always solid. Elements are tapered to reduce vibrations at high winds. The starting element diameter is 12 mm. Tapered elements will reduce the wind load.

Up to 15 minutes is enough for assembling even if you see the antenna for the first time. Everything is labeled, just put number to number. The antenna can be assembled with hand tools, as well as with power tools.

The old name of the antenna was PA50-4-3B

Read the short review about the 6m4DX PA50-4-3B antenna at eHam.net:

This antenna is excellent!
Easy to assemble, easy to dismantle. You can work mobile or work from home. It always performs well.
First of all Antennas Amplifiers company does not deliver your antenna if previously they do not fully test it, check all parts, and measure all values. They do not leave customers without answers. This is important!
Often I even listen on a 40m band with this antenna and hear so well and with minimum noise almost like it is FM. The side rejection is excellent.

The gain and F/B ratio is as advertised.
Assembling is easy and fast. Every element is marked; instructions are clear; materials and plastics are all of very good quality. You can not go wrong dealing with this company. The owner is a friendly fellow who responds to all your questions quickly and accurately.
Antennas Amplifiers generally made excellent products for more than 30 years. I have two of their beams and both working as advertised.
Highly recommended!!

Antennas-Amplifiers Product Benefits. A Major advance in Amateur Radio antenna design.

  • F/B and G/T superiority.

All antennas have been calculated using state-of-the-art full 3D Electromagnetic Simulation Software including the influence of the boom, bracket, baluns, and connectors. The performance of antennas designed using these techniques is exceptional, far better than antennas designed using “wire” programs.

  • No tuning antennas

Before dispatch, we assemble each antenna and test antenna characteristics. That means you may expect exceptionally good electrical and mechanical performance including low SWR across the designed range immediately after assembling.
No need to tune the dipole, or any other element to get perfect SWR on the intended frequency range. Everything is pre-tuned.

  • Easy to set up

Everything is labeled, just put number to number. The antenna can be assembled with hand tools.
Everything is included in the antenna box: Antenna, balun with connector, and bracket. Yours is to assemble and have fun!

  1. Don

I received my 6M Yagi this morning. The packaging was in perfect condition- like it had just left your factory.
I have completed the assembly, and a rough check-holding the boom with one hand while the reflector was sitting on the ground with the antenna vertical, gave me a VSWR of 1.3:1 at the design frequency. I am very happy with that, as things were ‘less than optimal’ and I am quite sure it will be extremely low when in the air.

I also wanted to say how nicely designed and well-made the antenna is; I am very pleased with my purchase.
Now to get it in the air and chase a bit of DX!

    Best wishes from Western Australia.

  2. Pirmin

I installed my new 6m4DX over the last weekend.
Installation of the antenna is very easy because your manual and the marked parts are easy to understand!
I am mainly doing FT8 so far and have worked about 130 stations from nearby HB9 as far as 9Y4D (7500km) and I saw my signal on pskreporter.info also in the W4 Area and in V0 but nobody QRV. But more to come in the future I am sure.

Thanks again for the excellent antenna and fast shipping!

  3. Noel

Finally got 6m4DX the 4 Element 6 m yagi at 15 meters height.
SWR is 1.04 at 50 to 1.14 at 51MHz. Amazing very flat. Cannot wait for Es opening soon.
    Thanks for a good product.
    73, Noel W9FR

  4. Duncan

I have assembled and installed the 6m antenna and I am extremely pleased with the performance. My first QSO with it was Antoine 3D2AG, and several JA, HL, and VK stations and the last one was with T32TT on Eastern Kiribati. The SWR is very low. So far I have only needed 100 watts for these QSO’s!

  5. Vinnie

The best beams I have bought!
I’ve made some beautiful contacts all over the world.
    Very well built.
I don’t think there are any beams made better than yours!

    Thank you, my friend !!
