Unconditionally stable, ultimate design 23cm Low Noise Preamplifier with 200W T-R Relays EME2-1296 will satisfy all your needs to hear super weak EME and terrestrial signals. Full band coverage from 1240 MHz to 1325 MHz. The input stage consists of a SAV-541+ pHEMT transistor, which is one of the top MMICs for preamplifiers. This is followed by a low-noise PGA-103+ E-PHEMT high dynamic range preamplifier with excellent output return loss. A 23cm band pass filter is placed between the stages to prevent overloading the PGA-103+ with out-of-band signals. This combination achieves more than 30dB of gain, essential for compensating cable loss and poor noise figure characteristics of modern transceivers. Integrated high-power 200W Transmit / receive relays with high isolation to protect the preamplifier.
