EME-DX 23cm Super Low Noise Preamplifier 1240-1325MHz NF=0.27dB
Wideband unconditionally stable EME-DX 23cm Super Low Noise Preamplifier 1240-1325MHz specially designed for super weak EME signals and contesting. With NF of just 0.27dB, you will hear all EME (Moon) or DX signals. Full band coverage from 1240 to 1325MHz. The input stage consists of a SAV-541+ pHEMT transistor, which is one of the top MMICs for preamplifiers. A band-pass filter is placed after the first stage to clean all out-of-band signals, followed by a low-noise PGA-103+ E-PHEMT high dynamic range preamplifier with excellent output return loss. This configuration achieves the required gain of over 30 dB to overcome the receivers’ poor NF.
